Return Policy
Thank you for choosing to shop with us! Please note that we operate under an EXCHANGE ONLY return policy, with all items considered final sale.
You have a window of 14 days from the date of purchase to decide if you'd like to exchange your items. To be eligible for an exchange, returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items unless the received item was damaged or incorrect. Upon approval of your exchange, we will notify you via email.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Please note that items not meeting our guidelines will not be eligible for exchange.
Exception: If your item was damaged or incorrect upon receipt, please email info@shoppropjeticscrubs.com within 48 hours, including your first/last name, order number, and a photograph of the damaged/incorrect item. After review, we will provide a shipping label for the return and replacement of the item(s) at no additional cost to you.
Upon receiving your return, please allow up to 14 business days for the mailing of your new items. You will receive an email notification with this information. If you do not receive an email within 14 business days after your return has been delivered, please contact us and check your spam folder.
